Life is full of change and sometimes those changes are hard. All change, even positive ones, include challenges and require that we must say good-bye to things in our life that are familiar and comfortable. Often these transitions are difficult and can contain elements of grief as we adjust to our new reality. We may have to learn new skills and embrace new attitudes.
